To disable them, click on hamburger menu in left top corner of Elementor when you edit any page in Elementor editor. Then, go to Site settings and Font settings. You will see 4 fonts, click on pencil icon, then in font settings click on back circle icon which is opposite to Typography label. This will return default settings. Do this for all fonts.
